You can do this in 3 ways:
○ go to Offers in ‘Products and Offers’ in the Santander Mobile Banking app
○ directly from the prize draw email we may have sent you
○ via the pop up message you may have received in mobile or online banking.
To be eligible for the prize draw, you must:
✓ be a Santander UK personal current account and/or savings account customer
✓ have a combined balance across all your Santander current and/or savings accounts more than £100
✓ have this balance of £100+ on 30 November 2025
✓ keep your account(s) open until the winner is selected
✓ have opted in to the prize draw.
○ The promoter is Santander UK plc (‘the Promoter’).
○ Entry is open to UK residents who are aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter who are directly involved with the prize draw. Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
○ Only 1 entry can be made per person. For example, if you hold £100+ in both your current and savings account, you’ll only be entered once.
○ For joint accounts, where there’s a balance of £100+, both account holders can enter the prize draw.
The prize is a single payment of £100,000 (‘the Prize’), and there are no prizes for the runner up.

I downloaded the app (I have been using Santander on my desktop for years and years) but it just tells me that new offers are coming soon.2

That was the first thing I did - but no pop-up. I guess I'll just keep trying, day by day.1

I get the same as MollyR - no pop-up when I log in; but when I log out I get the ad as redfox5 quoted in the OP. I've no desire to download the app if I don't absolutely have to....I need to think of something new here...1

When I logged on the web, the pop up came, I made sure balance of £100 was available, but there was no visible confirmation of entry - may be it is automatic? nothing on the offers section of App other than 'new offers coming soon'1

I tried online chat with Santander, but was confronted with an AI which appeared to deliberately misunderstand what I wanted, and then a human who hung up on me (or there was an error in the chat system). The next day I tried ringing Santander, and spoke to a young man who knew very little about it, but said that I should try deleting the app and re-downloading it, and that the offer would be in the app 24 hours later. I did so. It wasn't. It still isn't. Every time I log out on the desktop I see the advertisement inviting me to enter, but I still haven't had a pop-up or an email of invitation, let alone the offer in the app. I will probably ring them again tomorrow. I suppose that, for $100,000, it's worth plugging away.2

I went into the branch yesterday to ask about it and they said there are a lot of emails going out in batches in the next week or two, which I don't know if they were just shining me on or not, but they said to go back in if I don't get one. I would maybe go to your branch and ask them.1
