MSE Lebara sim only deal

I want to sign up a lebara sim only deal with my existing number. but there is no options for inputting my number during the sign up procedure. i contacted lebara customer service. I was told that these sim only deals are for new numbers only. can not be sign to a existing number. even after the sign up. number can not be changed. is this true? thanks

Ported our numbers to Lebara MSE deal some years ago.

Process is to get a sim... Activate it with its (new) number.
Then you can get the PAC code from existing supplier and port your old number across a few days later.  Porting only happens Mon-Fri so wise to request the port AM on a Monday, probably.

Ofcom rules say that your new phone provider MUST allow you to port your old number to your new service.

Just get your new SIM, make sure it's working as you need, then get a PAC code from your old supplier and give it to Lebara.

thanks for all your help. i should made it clear. my number is already on lebara. 
lebara told me that i CAN NOT use my current lebara number to sign up MSE sim deal only on this website. but i can sign up at their own website. but not with the deals here. thanks

Get another providers SIM, get PAC from Lebara and move number to new provider.

Sign up for Lebara deal, get PAC from other provider and move your number back to Lebara.
