£100 Amazon voucher for Santander account

I tried 3 times to do this via the link for Santander's Everyday Account and kept getting 'Something Went Wrong' message. I had just put in my name and surname in the blue bars.

Can someone please tell me exactly which link to do this from on the MSE website.

    Edit: today when I open the same link (from the MSE email) it takes me directly to Santander to apply for the new account. No mention of voucher. It does not look like it is linked to MSE at all. Has it changed or what am I doing wrong?

    The edit button is hidden in the circle in the top right-hand corner of your post.
