Correction on my earlier post….its not fixed. I tried a cash transaction at a cash machine that was declined and a transfer to an external account took about 20mins to come out of pending. Agree they should let customers know what’s going on if they really want to be taken seriously as a ‘Bank’.

I am having problems with My Zopa Buscuit Account , the cash back regarding the Direct Debits has not credited this month usually the monthly anniversary of opening the account. I use no where near the allowance , however did the first and second month , only had the account 4 months , the interest always goes on and their customer service just says they will raise it and there are technical issues wit the app. Transfering in and out is instant though , no trouble on that side. I also couldnt set up Direct Debit for Council Tax as they us an old system where you fill in a mandate and it always gets returned no instruction held .. All others where fine setting up they use more modern systems. Anyone else having the same problems ? .

Few people reporting they are having problems setting up new regular saver, and there does appear to be technical issues for some at the moment. Have you updated to latest version of the app?
