Is Vida Bank secure?

I've opened an ISA with Vida Bank ready to transfer in another ISA. They have sent me a letter to authorise my linked account and the instructions say to visit their website at www.vidasavings.co.uk. I have tried this on Chrome, Edge and Norton browser and all three come up with a message stating that the website is Not Secure. I have phoned them and the customer service rep told me that it doesn't work on all browsers. The website Homepage - Vida Savings does work. Are Vida safe?

Vidasavings.co.uk redirects to Vida bank.co.uk which has a valid SSL certificate, so this means the website is secure.
