Still need a phone number as the one given to me is just an AI-BOT. Sent email to my MP to look into this. There hast to be a customer support line.

Did you receive it due to age? or because you are eligible because you claim certain benefits? They usually send a letter out each year inviting you to claim. But if you are in the first group I believe it's automatic.

It would help if you could answer about your current situation because then we would be able to advise why you're eligible this year and work out whether you would have been in any previous years.  It would save you time and frustration phoning a helpline that can't give you the answers you seek.  The helpline is notoriously unreliable for each current scheme year and there's no way they'll be able to help regarding previous years.  EDIT: the phone number you have been given is correct, it is the only phone number https://www.gov.uk/the-warm-home-discount-scheme/get-help

(Although as someone else already commented, I'm fairly sure there's no way of claiming for previous years as the scheme closes on 31st March each year and money reconciled and there's nothing to be done; at most you could involve your MP if you've wrongly not received it but I wouldn't bank on them being able to do anything either.)

So, you said in your other thread you only claim the state pension, not pension credit.
    Do you claim Housing Benefit?
Are you in a couple claiming UC?
If not, is there anyone else living in the same house?

It does but it doesn't explain the old rules which is what I think they also need.  I don't have the brainpower to go finding sources for the old rules right now, especially as there were two years requiring certain property characteristics, then before that most eligible people had to apply anyway.  (I'm not even sure if all suppliers had exactly the same criteria or whether some included slightly broader criteria than the minimim set by the government.)
