This is now the correct forum and apologies for placeing the previouse in LPG. I have never received this £150 before so I asked my energy supplier about it. They gave me the phone number for the goverment warm home discount. 0800 030 9322. All this is, is a AI-BOT. that askes you to select options 1 to 4. These are just messages. I am not given the opertunity to speak to a human. Does anyone have a proper number to phone.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Have you checked whether you'r eligible for it? If you are, you apply via your energy provider.PaulDesmond said:This is now the correct forum and apologies for placeing the previouse in LPG. Have you checked the criteria to confirm whether or not you qualify ?What do you want to query ?If for claiming past years then that is a no go as it is a year by year scheme with application cut off dates etc.

Well I must be eligable for it as I have received it. Never before.
What do I want to query? Answer: Why I never received it before.

What if I should have received it last year. Is still a NO-GO THEN.0 -
Sorry, I don't understand. Are you saying you're eligible because you have received it previously? What do you mean by "Never before"?PaulDesmond said:Well I must be eligable for it as I have received it. Never before.0 -
Their OP seemed clear to me. I understood it to mean:luci said:

They have received the Warm Home Discount unexpectedly, never had it before. So if they received it this year,
were they eligible (but didn't receive it) in previous years?0 -
This is a follow on from the OP's previous thread

It may be clear now, since they edited their original post, but it was not clear to me before the additonal information was added.TadleyBaggie said:

The previous thread makes things much clearer than the original post in this thread before it was edited to add information, "Well I must be eligable for it as I have received it. Never before." This was the response to me politely asking if they were eligible. Some people may no longer be eligible since the criteria changed.p00hsticks said:This is a follow on from the OP's previous thread

And, of course, 2.7 million more households suddenly became newly eligible after the government moved the goalposts again: Millions more families to get £150 off energy bills this winter - GOV.UK (at a cost of £17 p.a. for all customers on their standing charge, including those who get the discount).luci said:

Still need a phone number as the one given to me is just an AI-BOT. Sent email to my MP to look into this. There hast to be a customer support line.
Oh and I never edited my original post.0
