Check your MCOL claim history and post a copy and paste or screenshot of it below 

You need to just follow our advice and save any inquest and catching up until later, if you want to pay nothing at all

Someone on here told me my deadline was 15/12, it has enabled me to start a defence on MCOL.

I mean this with all due respect, but following advice on here is very difficult as it’s explained to me in a way I find hard to understand.

the first question on MCOL portal is this, do I click yes or no? As I paid the parking at the time, but I am using the defence about not proved as being the keeper/driver??

Just checked my calculations (well Excel spreadsheet) and it was indeed 01/12/25.  You need the status summary to see if there is a default judgment first and, if not, submit a defence.
