Are we STILL to be sitting tight waiting on Halifax reward payouts or should it be dealt with by now

Finding inconsistent entries. 

There's myself & 4 other family members. All of us have 3 accounts with the exception of one person who has 2.

All accounts get dealt with the same. I know this because I'm the one who does it & I do it all at the same time (not literally but in the same sitting).

£500 payment, £2k credit (I know it wasn't a requirement but never mind). 

Just noticed one person on one account has a £20 reward payout, on another account they have £15 payout & on the third they got absolutely nothing, except the standard £5 that they usually get.

Is it still 'early days' or should it be done now? Any idea why the inconsistency when all accounts were treated the same (by me)?

And of those that did get payouts, why £15 & £20? Why a difference?

Just had a look at the person with 2 accounts too. One they got paid out £20 on top of the £5 like in the previous case I mentioned, the other - nothing. Just the standard £5 they got every month.

The extra - and final - payouts in October will vary, depending on when your current reward year was due to end.  Some will have got nothing.  Some will get several £5 accumulated. Read the info about how this all worked!

Yeah I didn't post there because I'm not really a fan of long running threads as things get a little bit needle in haystack. 

I guess my £0 account was due for renewal soon or something then. That's a kicker as I was expecting the full amount on each.
