I have my mediation next week. Thanks Chirpy for the quote.1

I've now linked this in the Template Defence 8 steps. Come on, this is easy.ChirpyChicken said:the way i deal with Mediation calls now (and i do this for other people)
"To save our time there is zero offer, please advise the other side, that is this call concluded"
That is then the end of mediation, you dont need to do any more then that and it saves people getting in a possible fluster
For goodness sake, everyone please stop talking at length to mediators, whose job is to lean on you to pay (even scam parking claims).
Mediation is not suited to these rip offs and personally, I think everyone should be also telling Court Mediators this and insisting they feed back to their senior managers.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

maybe they get paid a commision if they manage to broker a deal? I certainly will be offering absolutely nothing when my one comes through.1

Hi. Mediation call booked for this afternoon.
Is the post above from chirpy chicken still the relevant one - i.e. zero offer, let the other side know, we're done here thanks?
Many thanks again

Is this to do with your open thread? If so, that is the place to ask the question. However, "I offer £zero goodbye" still current advice

I have now had a letter from the court saying I have to pay a fee before 17th April for the hearing. But it says in the letter the court suggest settling prior to this. Is it worth paying the fee and going through with the hearing because they have also asked for all evidence to be submitted which I have already done, I don’t have any further evidence to submit. Its making me feel like the company will be successful

The Letter tells the claimant to pay the hearing fee, not the defendant !
