I'm back, jet lagged but suitably rested & tanned, having been to exotic climes.
Anyway I would not email it. And nor do you add your name. Your Dad's defence looks fine.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I submitted it by MCOL, it's been accepted, now just a waiting game2
-
Just an interim update, apart from the defence on MCOL, the other party are not responding in any way. What is a usual timeline for response from the court and them?0
-
There probably isnt one, but perhaps 4 to 8 weeks, so 2 weeks is nothing
Keep waiting, keep checking your MCOL claim history
Patience2 -
So, new development, DCBL have sent through their completed N180 form, I expect to try and add pressure. Is the next step to wait for the N180 to arrive from the court? I have checked on MCOL and nothing further has been lodged at this moment.0

If you use Gmail get it done and do a schedule send for Friday.3

Should I submit the N180 even though the CNBC hasn't sent the actual one through yet?ChirpyChicken said:If you use Gmail get it done and do a schedule send for Friday.0 -
Thank you to the forum seniors for your help so far. The DQ has been submitted with automated response emails from CNBC, DCBL and smart parking. I shall keep you updated on further developments.2
-
So no further response on MCOL despite the DQ being emailed back as their instructions. Should it update on MCOL or is that redundant as regards the process now?0
-
It will do, perhaps 10 to 14 days after submission, check next week or the week after1
