This is just scammery. A time limit for complaints is clearly an unreasonable term. How to make a ComplaintThe complaint must be made within 56 days of the incident taking place."I have received no reply to date.
I guess in there opinion it lies with dcb legal and that letter has a 30 day response.
Also the way that PPCs pretend that by passing the data to a third party they can wash their hands of it.
They can't, because DVLA KADOE rules state that the PPC remains the data controller. They MUST handle complaints.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Complain about Parkmaven to the BPA AOS compliance team by filling in the BPA online form, adding copies of the paperwork etc3
-
No photos needed
Of course you defend and it will be discontinued

Is it still worth raising with bpa?0

Is the defence the 10 point response?
Do I add other items or just these details tailored to my defence?0 -
Of course. Please delete that. We don't need to see the template defence on every thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So i have set my reply to money claim as per the 10 post defence.
This is my section 3 and wonder if anyone could look over please?
The first notice I received as the registered keeper was from
DCBL the 29th October some
3 months after the alleged offence.
I had contacted DCBL and Parkmanven to reset the claim to its
original state to allow me some time to proceess the details.
This was refused and 2 weeks later i received a letter from
DCBLegal.
I raised a complaint to the all parties on 3rd of November and had
no reply from Parkmaven or either of the DCBL companies.
Furthermore the signage at the cross section entrance to the
parking area is not clear. On one side there are overgrown bushes
and to the other you would pay attention to the separate entrance
adjacent which. The weather on the 29th was overcast and raining
so this will also make seeing small signage virtually impossible.
I have countered claimed a days salary and travelling expenses, is this ok?
Also the last tick box is for defendant or duly authorised person.
As I've not actually said i was driving does this matter and should i just click as defendant?0 -
The above is a personal statement, not a defence paragraph 3
Put the paperwork in a drawer and leave it there
Do the AOS online, on MCOL, via your Government gateway account, not by post
Read a dozen recent similar defences to draft paragraph 3, paragraph 3 rebuts or refutes the POC
You dont make a counter claim for those items
Your Witness Statement isn't required for several months1 -
Of course you click 'Defendant'.
But that is not like any other defence para 3 seen on any claim thread.
Just read ten or more threads like yours! You'll see how to word it. All cases are pretty much the same and no discussion is really needed, honestly.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

3. The Defendant denies being the driver of the vehicle and therefore denies any liability for the alleged breach described as “overstay” in the Particulars of Claim. The Defendant did not receive a Notice to Keeper (NTK) and was not made aware of the specific details of the alleged contravention until after responding to the Claimant’s Letter of Claim. The NTK was only seen once it was emailed in response to the Defendant’s enquiries and was not properly served in accordance with the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012. The Claimant also misrepresented the date of the Defendant’s response to the Letter of Claim, thereby denying any extension. The Defendant made reasonable attempts to contact the Claimant upon receiving debt collection letters, but no contact details were available via the Claimant’s website. As the registered keeper only, and in the absence of a properly served NTK, the Defendant cannot be held liable under POFA and respectfully requests that the claim be dismissed.
Is this what I'm looking for and do i need to change in anyway?0
