Parkmaven DCB Legal claim now defended

Is all that true about your case?
I don't expect Parkmaven didn't comply with the POFA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Defend against the POC on the claim form
Missing unread paperwork is no defence
Personally, I would look at recent Parkmaven DCB LEGAL cases within the last 5 months and adapt their paragraph 3 to suit your own case1 -
You should be searching PARKMAVEN DCB LEGAL and changing the filters to 1st August to today, like this earlier one

I did give you the search words nearly 6 hours ago
Your paragraph 3 refutes their POC details, so like 1 to 6 in their defence, adding your paragraph 3 to the rest of the template defence after removing incorrect details and adding your own, so like this ECP one below

We don't need to discuss para 3 in any DCB Legal claim: literally search & copy one (but obviously only stuff that is true for your case).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have sent my AOS 26/12 but guess it wont be approved until tomorrow.
Will this suffice for para 3?
have put the other standard 10 para in full from the sticky.
3. Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied. The Defendant is not indebted to the Claimant. Paragraph 2 is denied. Whilst the Defendant is the registered keeper, paragraphs 3 and 4 are denied. The Defendant is not liable and has seen no evidence of a breach of prominent terms. The quantum is hugely exaggerated (no PCN can be £170 on private land) and there were no damages incurred whatsoever. The Claimant is put to strict proof of all of their allegations.
