Definitely not a bailiff issue,  just DCBL , powerless debt collectors

Which private parking company   ?  Who is  "them"  ?

Ignore the powerless debt collectors letters,  no contact at all

Then complain to Parkmaven as keeper by using the complaint link on the BPA AOS members list

No blabbing about who was driving

And ignore that debt collector letter,  you will find that it says that it is NOT subject to bailiff action,  so is not a bailiffs demand,  it's a debt letter

Ignore them and the £170 threatograms. See post 4 of the NEWBIES thread.

Basepoint management will be acting as agent for the actual landowner so a good place to start.

Well they probably can if they insist.

But the PPC - who have spent no money on the case to get it to this stage - are telling them they can't because the PPC wants money.

    Ignore.

  • So it's now 14 days since I sent a complaint to Parkmaven with no response.
Do i just wait for a reply from dcblegal and ignore?
I'm assuming i will have no more dealing from Parkmaven and it will just be a case of preparing details for a court case which may happen?

    Thanks

Do nothing. They have a month to respond to complaints.

  • So I had no response from my complaint to parkmaven.
Looking at the complaints process it says I had 56 days from date of issue to complain which was well passed when I sent.
I also have a letter from dcb legal.

What do I do from here ?

Nothing. It's just an invoice from a private company. They aren't obliged to respond to anything you send them, although you could bring up their intransigence if it ever got to the Witness Statement court stage. But it'll be discontinued before that anyway

Teehee! They impose a TIME LIMIT for complaints?! Utter scammery.

Please show us that wording in their complaints policy AND show us their reply!
