Transfering EQi sharesave to a S&S ISA?

I've got a works sharesave scheme due to mature soon. I'd like to
transfer them to a flexible S&S ISA and then sell the shares in
order to receive the money. My understanding is that I need to select
the 'keep the shares and receive a share certificate' as the option once
they mature. However, what S&S ISA providers support transferring
in share certificates, and not "Bed and ISA" as then I'll be liable for
CGT? Or is my only option to open an ISA with EQi?
