Link to O2 refund (after migrating) not working?
I received an email from O2 concerning a refund after I cancelled my contract last week, as I assume others have:
"We would like to send you a refund of £1.54. Please sign in to or register for My O2 here and provide your bank account details."
The link does not seem to work. It is only a small amount but I am going to claim out of principle. I was with O2 for as long as they have been in existence but shoddy customer services and the price increases made my mind up to move.

I did try and call O2 but was sent from pillar to post. Has anyone figured out hot to get their refund online?

Wouldn't most people on PAYM contracts with O2 (and any other network) not be paying by Direct Debit?
That's the usual way that refunds are made (if they are due) when contracts are ended.1 -
I was paying by credit card.0
