Gone throught the
NEWBIES PLEASE READ THIS FIRST thread and ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST stories I have not submitted claim of losses with WS or skeleton argument-can I still keep it ready with me just in case on the day of hearing? any potential diffcult hearing aspects/questions in my case- which I should mentally prepare my mind for? I like Jack R1 answer to "who was drinving the vehicle?" "Your honour, I am defending this strictly as the Registered Keeper. The Claimant has the burden of proof to identify the driver and they have failed to do so. I am under no legal obligation to identify the driver in a private parking matter". any other potential difficult questions/aspects relevant to my case?

You need to email the costs schedule beforehand, plus take a copy with you
Take proof of your costs assessment with you on the day
The skeleton is an aide memoire you can take on the day, if you want

Thanks. Shall I send an email with costs schedule on general enquiry email i.e.,
manchestercivil@justice.gov.uk
can I double check that although WS deadline is passed- I can still submit cost schedule?

how should I object to the late WS submission- would it be an email to gladstones and cc copy to court?

The usual advice is to tell the judge there is an important matter before he carries on with the hearing and that is that the claimant failed to submit their WS to you before the court-imposed deadline and you would like it to be discounted from the proceedings
