Hi there - Thanks for all your help so far. One quick query - I have now filed my AOS and defence via MCol, so I just wanted to check, does this mean I don't have to send the actual hard copy of the defence/counterclaim form back which was posted to me with the response pack? Or do I need to post it as well as filing my defence via MCOL? Many thanks in advance0
-
Just MCOL, no posting, no email, put your paperwork in a drawer or file away
Then study and follow the steps in the defence template thread in announcements1 -
Many thanks0

I've submitted my defence in time. Have received an acknowledgement from HM courts and tribunal service by post. Should I now expect the client to contact me in the next 28 days in an attempt to resolve the dispute?0
-
No, you should be following the 8 steps in the defence template thread which take you through the process. !
I did tell you this fact one month ago. ! ( You actually ignore them from now on until the Mediation stage )
Please edit your thread title to something more suitable like

No, of course not. That isn't in the 8 steps and you won't be resolving it or negotiating.WhelkBabboon said:I've submitted my defence in time. Hi, I've edited the title of this thread, as suggested - So, according to the "8 steps", I now wait for my own Directions Questionnaire from the CNBC and then complete & email it to the CNBC - Any ideas how long it normally takes to receive this email? It hasn't come through yet, and I just want to get some idea of timescale. Best wishes0
