First of all Happy New Year!

I have just recieved a call from someone called Lewis at Communications Direct, they have just offered my a phone (Sony K770i) and a contract (18 months, with 1100 Minutes or texts or blend between the two).

They work for Three. I am just wandering. Does anyone know these people?

i stupidly agreed to a 18th month contract with them, but realised the day after i had made a right !!!! up of it so rang them to cancel my order i quoted a section of the consumer protection distance selling regulations 2000 as you have 14 days to cancel the order and legally they cant charge you a penny, it has to be in wiriting to be legally binding. Thank god i saw sense and cancelled as soon as possible or i could be trapped in a long contract with those cowboys.
