"Santander £100 Amazon voucher without switching" crashing

I have a different problem. I opened my Santander account with no problems and talked two family members into doing the same. I fulfilled the conditions for the voucher, using my card the required number of times, and waited patiently for my voucher, which never came. One family member filled in Vouchersafe's "contact us" form and received his voucher 2 weeks later, but when I did this, I received an email saying that "the enquiry window for this promotion was open until 12th March. As this date has now passed, we will unfortunately be unable to investigate." Nowhere was I informed that there was an "enquiry window" that would close so soon. Was I scammed? Is there anywhere I can complain? I feel bitterly angry and frustrated!

I'd try accessing the application during off-peak hours - early morning or late evening - as Santander's systems often struggle with high traffic volumes, especially when MSE features a popular deal. If that doesn't work, ring their new accounts team directly and mention you're getting the error online - they can sometimes process the application over the phone using the same promotional code.
