When you say wrong, are you expecting the overnight day rate to be zero or lower? It won’t be zero as the two registers are recording the amount used on the two household circuits rather than actual time of day.
Doesn't the normal, non-heating,  consumption get charged at the night rate during off peak hours?

On a standard E7 single element meter - yes.

But there have been those given a twin element like the Aclara SGM-1422B - that from posts here at least SP and EDF have fitted to replace some complex RTS setups - then not necessarily - and certainly not without manipulation of the meter raw measurements - one EDF customer reported here had four active registers per day - iirc the speculation in the thread at one time was 2 for port 4 normal curcuits day / night - and 2 for port 5 restricted peak (yes you would hope that would be zero for many tariffs - but maybe not all - on my RTS my HW had a seperate boost rate on its own register if activated outside of off peak hours for instance) / off peak.

What time does your meter switch between day/night?

One of the most common times is 00:30 to 07:30 GMT.    That means it was 1:30 to 8.30 BST.    So, you would likely use some electricity in the morning unless you get out of bed late every day.

Ok, the meter is an Aclara SGM1416B so it isn't one of the "awkward" models.
I can see it has five terminals and the fifth one labelled LLL should be feeding the consumer unit (CU) that supplies your storage heaters and one element of your immersion heater. Can you confirm that the LLL cable does connect to that CU?
I can also see on the screen that ToU rate 1 has recorded a total of 67kWh of consumption. This isn't a value that you have previously mentioned? If you press the blue "A" button the display should cycle around and tell you the other three ToU rate readings, and the "total active import". Can you check these and let us know what all five of those readings (four ToU and one total) are, please?
Do you have solar panels? If so, there will also be a "total active export" reading.
