Hi loves. I did write the e-collection code on it (cheeky). I wrote down the whole address that was on there but it is no longer a collection point. The item was sent over 2.5 weeks ago and has not come back so I can only presume it is missing.

The buyer has opened a case now and I will have to refund them.

Last time I put in a claim against RM for a missing item (a year ago), they just sent me some stamps. CBA doing that again. Annoyed that eBay gave me an address which is no longer a collection point buy hey ho.

Sorry the simple delivery thing went right over my head. In the last year, I have sold about 10 items. Sometimes I have to write the address, other times, I have to show the QR code in the Post Office. I swear it used to be so much simpler back in the day when you wrote it on the parcel.

Thanks for all your replies my loves.
What was the value of the contents? I recently had a cheque from royal mail (don't think it bounced) that is the only time I've had a claim over £10 (but under £20 and just on general 2nd class not tracked)

Actually that's a good point, did you put a return address on the package?
On the back. I always do.

flEaBAY are now blaming the buyer because they selected an address which no longer accepts deliveries. It was an ECP in Argos or something.

flEaBAY have said it's my fault for refunding the buyer after they opened a case and I should not have done it.

They more or less told me to frigg off. So rude!

I am not going to chase it up with RM, I don't want some stamps again.

I'm not sure how the buyer is supposed to know which stores in ebay's list are out of date. I guess if the item is tracked as being in-transit ebay would not demand that you refund the buyer.
