Switch from O2 due to price increase

Hi, I am planning on switching from O2 due to the recent price increases above the contract but I also have a device plan with 13 months to go.

I understand that due to the price hikes I have a right to cancel my air time plan but I am worried that O2 will ask me to pay for the device plan in full and with this cost of living I don't really have that kind of money.

Is anyone on the same situation that could help me out here?

Thanks!

email says you can cancel within 30 days but if you have a device plan you will half to continue paying this no mention of making full payment
