O2 increase and Virgin Media

It's worth noting that if you decided to leave O2 due to the additional price increase and you have Vigin Media linked, you may lose some of the features such as additiinal broadband speed etc.

4 months later and I've still got my BB boost, not that I'd miss it if they ever catch up.
  • It’s easy to say ‘change provider’. Is there a good one in the UK?
I lived previously in what the UK would define as ‘third world’ but internet and phone services were vastly superior and less expensive to here. (along with many other things might add).

"the UK" would not define, or even use the term "third world" to designate a continent, region or country - the term has been considered offensive, at best, for many years.

What's the purpose of your remark? Are you suggesting that people might like to consider emigrating to wherever it is you consider as having "vastly superior and less expensive" telecommunication services as well as "many other things"?

Might be good if you were to share where you experienced this technological idyll?
