Royal Holloway PCN Legit?

Hi, I received a PCN from RHUL a few days ago as I parked on their site for a few hours in the night. Their main body used for parking is FirstParking, are these guys legit and do they actually get on case about unpaid PCN's? Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Hi, that post wasn't by me but another individual who managed to get theirs cancelled. The UNI emailed me saying that my PCN was fairly issued.
