Eastern have gone into administration

So I’m awaiting compensation due from a cancelled flight back in March 2025. Eastern had agreed it was payable but I’ve had nothing. I sent a LBA 2 weeks ago, and have just found out this evening they have gone bust. Is there anything I can do or am I stuffed.

In your words, yes you are stuffed.

I doubt the administration process will find money for unsecured creditors.  You would be at the very bottom of the list.

If you are looking for a refund on a flight that they cancelled rather than compensation, you could try your payment credit card.
