RWG roaming in italy

I have the 750mb monthly free option and i bought 5GB with roaming for a month. (MOTO G62 5g)

nothing works. texts wont send and no internet.
Im auto connected to I TIM (EE) and it says im roaming.

I called 669 and was charged for it. Told me to connect to other networks which wouldnt connect and create APN EE Internet and everywhere. but neither worked.

Did you get the welcome to italy text from now mobile?
When i went to spain for a month as soon as i got signal i got the text.
And roaming was perfect in spain.

I did and ive tried so many different things and reset wi-fi mobile and bluetooth settings. I just dont know what else i can do.
All i can think is could it be my make of phone thats the issue. Ive emailed them but only option i see left is factory reset though could be a hassle going through security to re-sign in to bank apps when home

Make sure data roaming is enabled on your device: 

To enable data roaming on a Moto G62 5G, go to Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network and then toggle the Roaming switch to the "on" position. You may need to confirm your choice by tapping "OK".

Done that many times. just noticed its says sim slot 1 rwg 07400xxx when it should be 074000xxx, though dont think thats the issue

Noticed you have a dual sim phone like me.
Have you tried swopping sim slots, and of course turning phone off then back on?

I took out the other one and put rwg in slot 1, no help

Another 10 minute call and no spend cap on my account and he was able to call and text me but still no internet,
