New ISA Monthly Interest Payment

Hi all looking to open a new fixed ISA with 20k that will supply the interest monthly I would prefer one of the more well known institutions if possible.
Any recommendations ? Hopefully doing this in the next 2 weeks.

NatWest has a 1 year fix at 4.2% which i thought was OK - Fixed Rate Cash ISA | ISA Rates | NatWest
