I am going to Mexico in a week (for 10 nights) and wondering whether to get an eSim.
I've never used an eSim before, I get the impression they are data only ?
Has anyone use an eSim in Mexico, is there an eSim anyone can recommend ?
I looked at Holafly but it gets mixed reviews

To add the 4g in Cancun was better than the 5g here in the UK!2

This website is very good for comparing costs https://esimdb.com/
I've never used in Mexico but have done in other countries. I've chosen very cheap ones and never had any issues they've worked perfectly.

Who do you use here? What do they charge as an add on to go to Mexico? If that is reasonably priced it would be worth considering to avoid the hassle of setting up an esim.1

That will work out to be expensive.
Have you checked that your device accepts an eSIM?
My only experience of using an eSIM iswith airalo but I've used them in UAE, St Kitts and Nevis and Albania. All worked as expected and without issue.1 -
I've never found it to be a hassle setting up an eSIM. Done many times and only a few mins to buy it and install. I've used Breeze in different countries and it's worked fine as well as for creating hotspotsmartindow said:Who do you use here? What do they charge as an add on to go to Mexico? I used Ubigi in the USA. They allow tethering which allowed my wife to connect via my phone.1

I personally always use alosim as their prices are pretty good and the customer service is good.
There are discount codes for your first purchase too.
