ReduceMyExcess Policy Wording

I'm about to use ReduceMyExcess, but before I go ahead, I'd like to understand exactly what they mean by this clause in their policy wording. It seems at odds with the idea that I'd be able to claim back for any damage to the hire car:
any claim where the Rental Excess or cost of Damage has been paid in cash or the amount is above £200
What does it mean? It seems to imply that I'm only covered if the damage to vehicle is within £200, yet the same document also states an excess reimbursement of up to £10,000.
I'd ask ReduceMyExcess, but I've already sent a message to them (no reply yet) and their Live Chat is non-responsive.

Can you provide a link to the wording?
The current wording is different... still not great but appears to be talking about you paying to get the car fixed rather than paying the hire car company the excess which is capped at £2000 -
I can't post links on here yet, but it is linked on their homepage.0

The line is on page 10 of their Policy Wording pdf doc.0

As suggested by @MyRealNameToo, it's in relation to this clause(on page 4):banched said:I'm about to use ReduceMyExcess, but before I go ahead, I'd like to understand exactly what they mean by this clause in their policy wording. Your copy of the damage report including a copy of invoices, receipts or other documents confirming the amount You have paid in respect of the Damage to the Rental Vehicle for which You are seeking reimbursement or with the written permission of the Car Rental Company, an invoice up to and including £200 from an approved garage where You have paid them directly confirming the Damage to the Rental Vehicle.
Do your due diligence with the rental company you choose. If they are notorious for not provided the kind of documents requested by ReduceMyExcess...
Don't just choose the cheapest options. Neither Excess insurance nor car hire.
