To those whose £75 payout is on hold: had you raised a ticket when the status had changed to declined? If so, I think we have to close that ticket before they can pay out. I have closed mine, but the message is currently still showing. May be their systems aren't updating in realtime, so I'll check back tomorrow
Is "raising a ticket" the same as "making a claim"?
Same. To be honest though, the money being claimable so soon feels odd. Especially on top of the offer being yanked so quickly, and initially declined.

I was able to instruct a withdrawal on mine without any warning of the withdrawals being on hold, only time will tell if I get it paid out. I have logged back on just now and can see the warning message, but it wasn’t there beforehand and the requested withdrawal is sat there below.

I have applied for both a Cahoot Simple Saver and a Cahoot Sunny Day Saver via TopCashBack. The application for the Simple Saver showed £25 cashback pending almost immediately. However, the Cahoot Sunny Day Saver still shows £0.00 cashback pending. (Both applications were almost immediately approved and they both quickly tracked on TCB).

I am very puzzled by this. I suppose I will need to submit a claim for the missing cashback for the Sunny Day Saver. I was wondering if other users of the Forum are experiencing the same problem.

I have read some people referring to incorrect £0.00 cashback showing for a Cahoot Sunny Day Saver, but they also say that it shows incorrectly as a Santander Edge Explorer Account (I understand TCB has also been sending out emails apologising for this). However, my TCB account correctly shows the transaction as a Sunny Day Saver application, but shows zero cashback owing for this.
Same issue, I opened a claim today.

From reading comments, I think the earliest people to open it got it tracking as Santander and people (some, at least) that opened later have it tracked as Cahoot but £0.00.

Wow Santander S&S ISA payable yes just withdrawn.

I wonder if it was an error and the offer shouldn't have been on the site and maybe TCB paid us themselves.

I've forgotten - do we need to keep the account for some period to avoid claw back?

Don’t count your chicken yet. Check your account, there might be a msg about suspended payouts, see above.

I received an email from TC at 12:02 today stating

We're working on your payout request.
Thank you for requesting payment to your bank account.
Give it a few days to appear in your bank account. We'll let you know once it's been sent.

My TC account now carries the warning Please note that you are currently unable to pay out any payable cashback from this account. Please check your existing tickets or contact us so that we can resolve this for you.

However, the cashback still remaining in my account is now net of the sum that is supposed to be in transit to my bank, so I'm hoping for the best. No doubt all will be come clear in the next few days.

Where would I find such a message if it did exist on my account? The account and payout email all look normal.

Warning has now disappeared for me, so hrrrrrm, not sure what to make of that. Haven't got the money yet though - shows as claimed but pending bank transfer.
