O2 The classic first topup

Hi

Just bought an O2 The classic SIM off eBay. It says I should do my first top-up using an O2 top-up voucher from a retailer. Not sure what they mean. Is this using an e-topup card because I thought these were now obsolete.

Many thanks

  • Ita a voucher you get from pay point shops or supermarkets.
It will have a code on the voucher, and you call 4444,and when prompted tap the number on your keypad, and £10 credit gets loaded on sim.

    Minimum top up is £10

So I can't do it on the self scan by the sounds of it. It was asking for a card?

    Cheers

I did it using a debit card via the My O2 App.

Cheers much appreciated. I will give it a go.
  • Thanks for the help. Managed to top-up with a credit card but also tried registering for myo2 but you seem to need an existing O2 account. Bit of a chicken n egg situation.
