Lebara 0.49 Sim Deal
I signed up for the special 50g MSE50 sim plan with Lebara when it was on offer, this plan came to an end on 30th July, since then my new sim plan has been showing that my new rolling contract is £1.20 but I have been getting charged £9.90 per month for the last 3 months despite having the screenshots to show that my plan showing at £1.20, getting absolutely nowhere with Lebara and wonder if anyone else has had a problem with this plan when the deal ended. What are my rights per the screenshot showing my supposed new rolling contract rate?

It is a weird quirk of their system. You are paying what you agreed to when you signed up, you will not get anywhere trying to exploit an error in their programming.1
