Got paid so starting early. Bought some oat milk in bulk to be delivered, it’s a bit expensive but I got a discount for taking a subscription (will probably cancel) and 6 free matcha oat milk so it was worth it.

I've been overtrading in recent months but have been keeping an eye on my spends and this challenge! Despite life being quite stressful - normally a big trigger for me to spend in the supermarkets on food I have been keeping to my £250 budget! I class this as a win.
There is myself, my adult son (who lives here half of the time) and a little well feed pooch - I eat meat and strive to do a low carb and very low fat diet which means it doesn't always come cheap.November budget £250.
Thanks everyone for keeping me on the straight and narrow recently - reading along has kept me motived!

Thank you for our new thread, @JingsMyBucket! I think I'll leave my target at
£450
please! I was too ambitious last month, to start with. As it's a 4-week month and there are just 3 adults to feed, I should manage that, although I have no idea as yet how many of my lovely offspring & their families are planning to descend on us for a meal here & there or "a few days"!Angie - GC April 26 £78.43/£450: 2026 Fashion on the Ration Challenge: 10/66: (Money's just a substitute for time & talent...)5 -
