I can't see that when i check, as all i can get is a warning that estimated delivery dates are just that 'estimated'. Maybe mine has defaulted to buying as I'm using FAQ on my predominantly buying account.steveE2 said:https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy?id=4210#specialcoverage-inr
Item arrived after estimated delivery
I would still try arguing this with ebay, as a business I would refer them to their own T and cs about estimated delivery dates and push for a change of mind return. For my private account if simple delivery was used - I would point out that I'm covered for late arrivals as soon as my item is sent- as per ebay rules. Therefore either ebay pay for the return postage, or buyer can use my change of mind return policy and pay themselves.
Ebay FAqs for simple delivery are quite clear:
Simple Delivery | eBayBenefits of Simple Delivery
There are many benefits to using Simple Delivery, including:
- You'll be protected if the item is lost or damaged from the point the item is scanned into the carrier's delivery network and until it's marked as delivered
- We'll work directly with your buyer if they experience any delivery-related issues or if they don't receive their item

It's there for me (and I hardly ever sell at all) at the very bottom of the page under the expandable section 'policy information for sellers', scrolling down to timeframes and such for items not matching the description.soolin said:

This is what I can see;
"The buyer reports that the item hasn't arrived or was not available for collection
Report an item that hasn't arrivedEarliest:
- Once the estimated or actual delivery/collection date has passed
Latest:
- 30 calendar days after the estimated or actual delivery/collection date has passed
0 -
A buyer can report item not received after the latest estimated date, and can ask ebay to step in three days after reporting if the seller does not offer a satisfactory solution. If the item tracks as delivered before ebay intervenes it is no longer an INR case0
