DCA query, asked for more info but didn’t communicate afterwards

Hi,
I sent a DCA query/complaint using the MSE tool. The finance company said that they couldn’t find the agreement and asked me to fill out a form requesting more info. I filled in the form they sent me (back in 2024) and they didn’t respond after that. I sent a follow up email to ask what the status was, but didn’t get a reply to that either.
So I’m not sure what to do now, sit tight? Send another ‘initial’ query once the tool is updated? Or keep sending emails ‘til I get a response?
Any experiences would be helpful (this one was for BMW financial services).
thanks!

Back in 2024, the complaints process for DCA was suspended. Currently, the FCA is consulting on a proposed redress scheme and methodology and nothing is happening until that consultation is complete and the lenders have the processes and software in plan to meet the FCA's scheme methodology.
So, sending repeats in again and again is a waste of time. Wait until the tools are in place.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
