20/3/25 I have a screenshot of payment going through my account for parking fee. I was offered a “ pay it now and get it cheaper” but nothing that said to “cover admin” this is when I appealed. At which point they just rejected my error and reasoning behind it. I am effectively being fined for making a mistake not for non payment of parking ticket. I can also prove the other car ( with number plate i mistakenly put in) was in a car park 50 miles away at the time, therefore was not in the one I am being fined in.0
