They have WaterSupport (low income) and WaterSure (means tested benefit + medical condition).0 -
I used to live in Yorkshire Water area and was not eligible for any help due to my income and not entitled to any means tested benefits. However I now live in Southern Water area and have the same income but get 40% discount on my bills.0

Southern Water don’t offer disabled a special tariff, the only one is means tested.0

pjran, yes my daughter is on her own in a small flat on Southern Water but cannot get a reduction. "Our Essentials tariff provides a discount of at least 45% on future water bills to those on a low income or if everyone in your household receives pension credits."0

You don't need to have a disability to get the Extra Lite Tariff on Anglian Water. I get the standard rate on UC and am on this tariff. It's great water bills are only £120 a year for me.
