Just posting to update my situation and also for the purpose of keyword search for others to find if they're in similar situation as me - I have received "Notification of Instruction" from ELMS Legal saying said they are being instructed to recover the sum of £170.

As I understand, no further action will be done at this stage until I get LBC letter.
