Royal Mail say delivered but I did NOT receive my expensive Look Fantastic parcel

RM deliveries to offices aren't like deliveries to homes.

They'll either turn up with a sack of mail, a pallet of boxes, or both and get the person there to sign (or do the photo thing) which signs for everything. RM don't have time for them to sort through every package and sign/photograph  for each one individually and the people at reception probably don't either.

One of the hazards of getting things delivered (at least via RM) to an office.

Mr Ray calls to say he hasn't received it. So you go onto the RM website and see a picture of several parcels which Mr Ray confirms is of his office reception. What would you think at this point?
