Hello, I have received the below which is no surprise,
I am guessing the advice is to apply on day 27 to Popla?
Does anybody have a link to a well written Popla appeal for Minster Baywatch and Barnaby Wilson?

No point in delaying your popla appeal, you gain nothing at all2

I have looked through the forum but there are lots of posts with appeals on etc, not sure which one to use or where to start? I found this one which looks good but never finished the thread and didn't win at POPLA, if anybody has a link to one that did win at POPLA with a situation like mine, please help me out to save me typing from scratch.Nellymoser said:zenith125 said:Does anybody have a link to a well written Popla appeal for Minster Baywatch and Barnaby Wilson?

Nobody is saying to type it from scratch but nor do we have time to search for people. Just search for the right word (correctly spelt) which is not 'Barnaby'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry I misspelled it, Just asking on the off chance of you with more knowledge than me know a well written one, I know its Bransby Wilson, previous Barnaby was just a typo.
Anyway I have a week left to submit, if anybody has any help, please let me know, I did find the above article, is that a good one to go off? I was struggling to find any others that have won at the POPLA stage.
Thanks,0 -
No, we don't know of one specific thread. There isn't 'one' but we know there are dozens and dozens you could use. To give you a link we'd have to do the same search as you and we don't do that because there's no need and it doesn't help new posters to use the forum well.
Search the forum.
Browse the results. Don't look for a case exactly like yours (a common error and not needed). Find a good one. Any POPLA case featuring the word Bransby.
Copy wording and make it make sense for your case.
