What flowering tree is this?

No not a quiz but this tree was flowering on a soil/sand plot right near the sea.
It caught my eye because of the colour so late in the season and that seemed useful as a small tree.

Bracts and 'fruit' but what of?

    Nice idea Brie, but no.
    I've tried 3 different ways now.
    4 ways, just logged out, deleted cookies, signed in - again
    It shows it loading but then nothing :#
    I'll probable find all three when I've had dinner ;)
    Will try again a bit later. I possibily could have saved this as a draft but never done that before.

    I just uploaded 2 photos, and then deleted them, so the site seems to be functional. :)

    Ah, but the photo is on my laptop.
    I've started it up again and still won't load.
    Size only 6, not much info in it and I've loaded bigger than that often.

    I have to start the laptop tomorrow night and I'll see if I can photograph the photo with my tablet and try that.

    Thanks for the ideas folks. It seems to have been a problem for the last 10 days for different people. Since the 'interesting' button perhaps. At least Fatbelly has found a use for it 🙂

    I'll start a new thread 😬

    On another post. Someone had the same problem, but they had managed to upload their photos by replying to their own post. I hope it will work for you.
