Hi all
Im with firenet (512mb service - £19.99) and am with BT.
I'd like your opinions on this, and to tell me if this is any good or to stay away from it.
Ive just had a telewest salesman (door to door salesman - yeah i know, dodgy at best) at my door trying to sell me the telewest broadband/digibox/telephone service for £31.50 pm
minimum 12 contract
Phone:£16.50 a quarter
512mb b/band:£14.99
digibox: free (then £5.99 pm after 12months)
He mentioned that telewest and ntl are merging, which i had read before so im not sure if its in effect yet.
Has anyone else had this offered to them, if so - what do you think?
Im a bit wary of this one - but i could be wrong
Even so, what effect will this merger have in terms of deals compared to other companies in the forseeable future.
