    Hearing Fee deadline date is 4th August

    When is the Witness Statement plus Exhibits bundle deadline. ?

    The details are on page 2/the back but please don't ask us to look at that as you have the letter. The deadline is there (rarely, it's on a previous notice of allocation).

    Hold on - what does "file a properly completed application (ie. one which provides all the required information in the manner requested)" refer to?

    Also, I have received another email from DCB Legal Case Manager saying: Our client is prepared to make an offer to potentially conclude this matter. We ask that you call us on (the number) to discuss this further.

    He WS deadline is 2 weeks before the hearing date so the middle of August, 2 weeks after the hearing fee is due

    MET Parking / DCB Legal cases always get discontinued when robustly defended, as they won't pay the hearing fee.

    We are just waiting for you to proudly strut back here in the Summer & show us your Notice of Discontinuance!
