It still doesn't make sense, it stops! If you have a sentence that you have written, it needs to have a continuation such as "The Defendant has little recollection of events, and as the registered keeper and driver, denies being in that car park." OR some such phrase; you cannot just stop after registered keeper and driverSkywalker95 said:The Defendant has little recollection of events, and as the registered keeper and driver. The defendant believes the NTK was non-POFA.1 -
I received the questionaire and have submitted that following the instructions on the forum.2

Hi Friends,
I had my mediation call. As normal they asked my side of the story, they got their side of the story and gave me options. 1. Whether to pay. 2. Not negotiate. 3. Negotiate. I said I am happy for this to be settled outside of court if they are reasonable. Explained based on my defence I am confident and happy to go to court and if they want to settle this then I am willing to pay £5. They came back with £220. Then £170 I said £15. Then £100 I said £20. They said their final offer is £60. I said I shouldn't be paying this much anyway but I am willing to go up to £30 as my final offer. (The mediator said they have settled at £35 before).
However, they refused my offer.3 -
They will eventually discontinue just before the hearing fee deadline date, after the case is transferred to your local civil court

Yep you did the right thing and will pay nothing.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have received the county court letter for the notice of allocation to the small claims track (hearing) which is later this year.
I then received an email from DCB Legal saying
"our client is prepared to make an offer to potentially conclude this matter. We ask that you call us on xxxxxx to discuss this further."
