Quick Update: 20/11/2025
My mum received the DQ from CNBC which I have filled out an online N180 form as per recommendations from a previous post and emailed CNBC at dq.cnbc@justice.gov.uk
I also cc'd gladstones at the following emails:
litigation@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk
administration@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk
enquiries@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk
All steps completed - waiting for them to contact my mum for a mediation call which she will take.
Thank you once again
EDIT
The following emails bounced:
litigation@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk
administration@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk
So only the enquiries@ email working.
The others have been restricted becauseThe group administration only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list.

Quick Update: 19/01/26
My mum had her mediation call this week. Lasted 5 minutes!
In a nutshell, Gladstones wanted the full amount and didn't offer her any discount. She told them she doesn't want to pay anything and she also mentioned the Jopson V Homeguard case.
We're now at the last step - 8 - waiting to see if it will go to court. 👀
