Hi
I'd be very grateful if someone could please advise which format is correct - option 1 or 2 - or does it not matter?
Thanks in anticipation.0 -
I have scoured both options and cannot see any differences.1

I thought I'd push my luck for my mum. 😁Coupon-mad said:"an elderly lady of 60"

Option 1 has the "With regard to the Particulars of Claim (“POC”) in question, " paragraph as part of paragraph 3 whilst option 2 has it as a separate paragraph - paragraph 4.Le_Kirk said:I have scoured both options and cannot see any differences.
I;m not sure if it will make any difference if it's part of paragraph 3 or as a separate paragraph. I just wanted some advice as to which one is better or if it doesn't really matter.
Thank you0 -
It is the wording that the judge will read, not the order that it appears, just use the one that flows better.1

HORIZON USING GLADSTONES ???
Don't they understand that Gladstones are just part of the club who sits on the musical chair s solicitors JOKE
It does not matter which of the dodgy legals issue a claim, the bottom line is what a court judge rules ..... The courts are fully aware of Gladstones input in the IPC/IAS ???
VERY SILLY HORIZON ....TIMe TO WAKE UP ........ USE A REAL SOLICITOR NOT A JOKER ..... will cost a lot more. will you lose probably YES
THE GREAT DAVIES/HURLEY SCAM ...DAVIES BEING GLADASTONES
CLEARLY HORIZON DON'T HAVE A CLUE0 -
UPDATE - November 2025:
Hi All
I thought I'd provide an update of what is happening with this case.
Earlier this week, my mum received 2 letters from Gladstones:
1. A notice of intention to proceed with the claim - they have notified the Court - this includes a N180 directions questionnaire that they have requested to be sent to the courts to the address in N149A - which isn't enclosed.
2. Client's evidence pack - copies of the car entering and leaving the premises and their correspondence to my mum.
Having gone through The First 8 steps thread, I understand my mum shouldn't fill out the questionnaire and instead wait for her own DQ from CNBC.
So currently at Step 3 of 8.
In the meantime, is there anything she needs to do?
Thanks for your continued support - it really means a lot to me

Sounds like you are spot on.
