Orange a Joke
I am fuming, am at the end of my 18 month contract with orange on a £35 a month deal Dolphin.
I have just went in to upgrade free and been told that it will cost me £80 for the upgrade due to the handset cost, yet if i was a brand new customer i would get it for free.
I am raging how they can do this, i would leave them but i want my free broadband and also want to keep the same number.
Im well peed off
