We looked at them when we were having our conservatory rebuilt.  Until the planner (a straight spoken Yorkshireman) said he wouldn't touch them with a bargepole - because "they are a right b*ugger to fix when they break".

I also looked at them but was really expensive at the time iirc about £300 a window.  That said my friend  has just had them installed and the top and bottom of them is much ‘deeper’ than I thought and I wouldn’t have been happy with them.

We have blinds which clip into the frame of each window pane.  They are ideal in the conservatory.

We have those on some windows too. I believe they’re called Perfect Fit. They work well

What is your reason for getting them? If it's for shade or blackout bear in mind in hot weather when you want the window open with the blinds attached to the frame they won't offer this.

Have had them in a commercial setting... look nice, lot less cleaning involved, major issue if one breaks. Not an issue in our office as the windows dont open anyway and there was AC but on opening windows it's obviously not possible to have the blinds down and the window open.

We can open windows with the blinds open, closed or part way.  As I mentioned the blinds fit the individual window pane frames, not the frame of the entire window.

If you're looking to reduce heat, we had solar reflecting glass in our sunroom. You can't see any difference between it and normal glass, but it certainly reduces the heat that gets in compared with the ordinary glass we had in the sunroom in our previous home.
