Samsung D500 cracked screen

reelcrazy

My Samsung D500 suddenly cracked its screen. I didnt drop it or anything but there is a crack.

O2 refuse to help stating that it "Must have been dropped". A guy in the shop called me a liar. The online help wont help.

Samsung state that I must have treated it improperly.

What are my options here? It is only 2 months old and hasn't got a mark on it. I did not drop it.

i think its going to be impossible to prove you havent caused the crack and they wont cover what they think is customer damage.
